Paducah Police Serve Up Hot Meals
When four police officers appear at your door in uniform it’s not always a happy occasion. However, this time it was! Each month, as time permits, the first-shift Paducah Police officers are going to come serve lunch at the Community Kitchen.
“We try to do things in the community all the time,” says Gretchen Morgan, community resource officer. “This is a good way for us to meet some great people in our community.”
The officers enjoyed talking to our guests and getting to know more about what the Community Kitchen does to help feed and provide services for Paducah’s hungry.
“This was something different for all of us and something good,” Gretchen says.
We are so thankful for the service our Paducah Police officers dedicate to our community and are thrilled with their commitment to our organization.
